Returns & Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing from the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at:
with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal
- the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged appropriately for safe return
- proof of purchase may be requested
Please note that you may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop, but excessive use beyond this may reduce your right to a full refund.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return address will be provided upon contact.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item (or proof that it has been sent), we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:
with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- personalised or custom-made products
- sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- any products exempt under applicable consumer law
